Before proceeding with payment, please read the following Service Agreement carefully. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
The Company agrees to provide real estate lead generation and referral services, delivering qualified buyer and/or seller leads.
The Client agrees to pay the applicable onboarding fee and service charges based on the selected package. Pricing, delivery timelines, and applicable incentives will be communicated before services begin.
The Company will begin processing after payment confirmation. Lead delivery, number of referrals, and delivery timeframe will be provided according to the selected package. Leads will be delivered to the Client's designated email or communication channel.
Applicable referral/service fees will follow the agreed package or commission structure.
Refund eligibility shall follow the selected package. Approved refunds will be processed within thirty (30) business days.
This Agreement shall remain valid for the duration of the selected service plan unless otherwise agreed in writing.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Client’s jurisdiction, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts therein.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior communications, discussions, or agreements, whether written or oral. Any amendment must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
This Agreement may be executed electronically or physically. A signed copy will be shared with the Client via email after onboarding.
